Terms

The rules, readable in one sitting.

What you are buying, what I promise, and what I do not.

Questions go through the contact form.

Pick “Billing, order or refund question” and it reaches me the same day.

Who this is

Velocity Tech Inc., doing business as Ashleigh Ro Warren.

This site, ashleighro.com, is run by Velocity Tech Inc., a Florida business, mailing address 382 NE 191st St #352040, Miami, FL 33179.

Using the site, buying anything on it, or subscribing to anything through it means you agree to these terms and to the returns and refunds policy and the privacy policy.

If you do not agree, do not buy.

You have to be 18 or older to buy anything here.

What is sold here

Four kinds of things, three billed by someone else.

  • Books. PostIdeas: The Field Guide (hardcover, $49), TikTok Comments: spill the tea, sis. (paperback, $36), or both ($85). Printed on demand and shipped by Lulu. Prices in US dollars, shipping and tax added at checkout.
  • Newsletter subscriptions. The free Wednesday fifty. Teaching Thursdays, $47 a year or $8 a month. My Tea Diary, $8 a month. All delivered and billed through Substack under Substack’s own terms as well as these.
  • PopCall. Calls, texts, audio notes and video calls at $7.77 a minute, billed by PopCall under PopCall’s terms as well as these.
  • Consulting and projects. Agreed in writing per engagement. Where a written agreement and these terms disagree, the written agreement wins for that engagement.

Payments are processed by Lulu, Substack, PopCall or their payment providers.

I never see or store your full card number.

Books

Printed when you order. Yours when it lands.

  • Delivery windows shown at the end of each product section are estimates from the printer. They are not promises, and a late book is not a refund reason unless it is lost under the returns policy.
  • Risk passes to you on delivery. Give an address someone can receive at.
  • Previews. The PDF chapters and comment previews are licensed to you for personal reading. Do not forward, post, resell or feed them to anything that trains on text.
  • Returns follow the returns and refunds policy: 30 days from delivery, unread, as it arrived, you pay return shipping.

Subscriptions

They renew until you stop them. Stopping them is two clicks.

  • Automatic renewal. Monthly plans renew every month and annual plans every year at the price shown when you joined, until you cancel in your Substack account.
  • Cancelling stops the next charge. It does not refund the current period, and annual plans are not prorated.
  • Access. Paid posts stay readable while your subscription is active. When it lapses, so does access to paid posts, including the ones you paid for while active, because that is how Substack works.
  • Schedule. The free fifty lands on Wednesdays. Teaching Thursdays sends two emails on Thursdays, the chapter and then the twenty, from October 22, 2026 through September 30, 2027. My Tea Diary posts twice a week on no fixed days. If I miss a send, it goes out late. It is not a refund.
  • Price changes apply to the next renewal, with notice before the charge.

PopCall

By the minute, only while connected.

  • Rate. $7.77 a minute, shown before you dial, charged by PopCall for connected time only.
  • Recording. PopCall records calls and keeps them 180 days. By calling, you agree to that.
  • What it is. My opinion on your marketing, your page, your funnel, your account, in real time. It is not legal, financial, medical or tax advice, and nothing said on a call is a guarantee of a result.
  • Conduct. Harassment, hate or sexual content ends the call and the relationship. You still pay for the minutes before the hangup.
  • Refunds follow the returns and refunds policy.

Consulting and projects

Scope in writing, results not guaranteed.

  • Scope, fees and timing are set in writing before work starts. Changes to scope change the fee.
  • Your accounts stay yours. You keep ownership and responsibility for your ad accounts, platforms, spend, customer data and compliance with each platform’s rules.
  • No guaranteed outcomes. The numbers on the case studies page are real and are not typical. I bring the method and the hours. The market brings the result.
  • Work product is yours once paid for. My methods, templates and prior materials stay mine, and I can reuse them.
  • Payment terms are in the agreement. Late invoices pause the work.

Your use of what you buy

Personal use. Not a license to republish.

Everything here, the books, the newsletters, the fifty, the sounds, the photos and the words on the pages, is owned by Velocity Tech Inc. or licensed to it.

  • You can read it, use the ideas, post the posts you write from them, and quote short passages with credit.
  • You cannot copy, resell, redistribute, scrape, or bundle it, and you cannot use it to train or fine-tune a model.
  • The social media sounds are for use on your own posts as the platforms allow. They are not for resale or for use in ads without written permission.

What I do not promise

Information, not professional advice.

  • Nothing on this site is legal, tax, financial, medical or mental-health advice. Undiagnosed is a tool for holding your own records and is not a medical service.
  • The site and the products are provided as they are. I do not warrant that they are error-free or that any result will follow.
  • Third-party services, Substack, PopCall, Lulu and the platforms you post on, run under their own terms. Their outages and decisions are not mine.
  • To the extent the law allows, Velocity Tech Inc.’s total liability to you for anything arising from the site or a purchase is capped at what you paid for that purchase in the twelve months before the claim. No indirect, lost-profit or consequential damages.
  • Where a law gives you rights that cannot be limited, those rights stand.

Chargebacks, disputes and law

Florida law. Talk to me first.

  • Chargebacks on delivered products, connected calls or used subscriptions are contested with the records and end the relationship. See the returns policy.
  • Disputes. Raise it through the contact form first. Most things are fixed inside two business days. If we cannot fix it, disputes are governed by Florida law and go to the state or federal courts located in Florida. Small claims court is always available to either of us.
  • Changes. I can update these terms. The date at the top changes when I do. Continuing to use the site after that is agreement to the new version.
  • Contact. The contact form. For notices that the law requires in writing, the mailing address above.
