$2.9M for a seltzer. $497,090 in ten days. 840% ROAS. All on other people’s accounts.

Twelve years in growth marketing, almost all of it on social.

$175M in tracked social sales across 100+ brands and creators.

Usually I touch the offer and the page before I touch the media.

Eleven of those accounts below, with the dashboards, the ads, and the full case under each one.

Good company

The founders, creators and brands I’ve done this for.

Happy Dad · hard seltzer

$2.9M

in sales from $401K in ad spend. 7.3x ROAS.

A brand new seltzer from the Full Send guys, up against beverage giants with ten times the budget and alcohol ad rules on top.

The full case

The brand

Launched June 2021 by the creators behind the Full Send Podcast.

1.5M followers and a can that refused to be skinny.

An eighteen-month partnership.

The challenge

Convert followers into customers in the most crowded shelf in beverage.

Keep the irreverent voice inside strict alcohol advertising rules.

Sell beverage and apparel against giants with much bigger budgets.

What I did

I wrote an ad voice that kept the rebellion and stayed inside the rules.

Scripts spoke to what people hate about traditional seltzer.

Targeting went past the NELK audience to real seltzer drinkers, segmented by what they drink, how they live and how they shop.

A testing protocol that optimized for sales today and the brand next year.

The results

$2.9M in revenue from $401K ad spend.

7.30 ROAS.

9.24% conversion rate.

25.4M unique users reached.

106M+ impressions.

$0.44 CPC, held while scaling.

Kerotin Hair Care · zero to $2.3M

$2.3M

in eight months, from nothing.

No list, no customers, no sales history on day one. They sold the brand right after.

The full case

The brand

Founded 2015. Longer, stronger hair without the expensive, dangerous treatments.

For women with dry, lackluster hair who were being ignored by the big brands.

The challenge

A superior product and zero brand recognition in the most competitive category in beauty.

Needed a whole marketing ecosystem built from scratch.

What I did

I built the infrastructure from the ground up: funnels, landing pages, buyer personas.

Wrote and managed every ad in-house, so the story never drifted.

Found the niche audiences the big brands were skipping and built a loyal base there.

The results

$0 to $2.3M in eight months.

$40,000+ in the first month.

Consistent growth across a two-year partnership.

They went on to sell the brand.

Sand Cloud · #1 towel brand in America

$1M

in the first three months. Then $20M+.

Three friends, one Turkish cotton towel, and a mission to help marine life. A four-year partnership.

The full case

The brand

Started in San Diego with a single towel and a conservation mission.

Now a multi-million dollar retail brand with stores across California.

The challenge

Scale beyond local beach sales.

Turn one product into a lifestyle brand with a community around it.

Grow fast without losing the mission.

What I did

I mapped the customer journey from towel frustration to ocean conservation and built the messaging on that line.

Built the ambassador program from zero to 300,000+ members in under a year.

Wrote the core messaging framework the brand still runs on.

The results

First $1M in revenue, profitably, inside three months.

300,000+ ambassadors.

Helped secure the Shark Tank appearance.

Growth to $20M+ in revenue and retail across California.

Over $100,000 in marine conservation donations.

In the ads account: $1.67M spent, $10.36M back, 292,778 purchases.

Fanjoy · ten days on TikTok

$497,090

in ten days. Zero influencers.

The biggest creator merch platform wanted to know if ads could scale without a single creator in them. Ten days to prove it.

The full case

The brand

Fanjoy is the merch platform behind the world’s top creators, with lines scaled to eight figures.

A three-year partnership.

The challenge

Test pure ad creative on TikTok with no influencer content.

Direct-response scripts that felt native to TikTok without a creator in frame.

Broad prospecting on TikTok, the same message retargeted on Instagram.

It worked so well it became the primary strategy for the whole quarter.

The results

$497,090.70 total revenue.

$476,854.89 of it from first-time customers.

48,529,249 impressions. 545,431 clicks.

NELK, Full Send · podcast into a streetwear brand

840%

ROAS. 98% of the ads had zero creator content.

Two million podcast subscribers and a clothing line that needed to stand on its own, not on the celebrity guests.

The full case

The brand

Born from one of the most influential content groups on the internet and their podcast.

Guests like Elon Musk, Donald Trump and Mike Tyson.

A clothing line that wanted to be more than merch.

The challenge

Position Full Send as a legitimate streetwear brand, not podcast merch.

Do it with almost no creator in the creative.

What I did

Copy that positioned Full Send as a streetwear authority.

Targeting built on fitness, fashion and streetwear interests instead of podcast consumption.

Opened prospecting pools of people who had never followed or bought.

The results

$345,735 in revenue from $41,180 in ad spend.

8.4x ROAS overall.

3.9x on cold prospecting.

Hire me

If you’re spending six figures a quarter, start on the meter.

PopCall is billed by the minute.

Most calls run eight to twelve.

You’ll know inside the first five minutes whether I’m the right person.

Cheaper than the forty-five minute discovery call you weren’t going to get out of.

The work is funnels, offers, paid acquisition, and the pages people buy from.

Usually I touch the offer and the page before I touch the media.

Most accounts I see are paying to send traffic at something that was never going to convert.

Those numbers up the page are the ones I would bring up on the call.

Bring me the account and I will tell you which of them your problem looks like.

I don’t put project numbers on a website.

What it costs depends on what’s actually broken, and I can’t tell from here.

If you need somebody else, I’ll say so on the call.

You’ll have spent four minutes finding out instead of a month.

The newsletter is free either way.
